Dingbats Menu
Dingbats are a fun review activity, perhaps for the end of term.
Introduce the dingbats and allow students time to see how many they can guess.
Now students work in groups. Give them scrap paper and set a time limit. Circulate and help. Encourage them to look in their books for ideas.
Give the students small rectangles of paper (A4 sheets cut into 4) to draw one
or two of their favourites. Finished dingbats can be used for a team quiz.
If you'd like to see your students' work on this site, scan and send them. Don't forget to include the students' names, class and the answers for the puzzles.
